PURCHASE PROCESS
STEP 1
SELECT MODEL
To purchase a PJF unit, first choose the model of a new Yamaha, Kawasaki, SeaDoo watercraft, or any of the custom aftermarket models that we produce.
STEP 2
CHOOSE CUSTOMIZATION
Once you’ve chosen the model you are interested in, contact us. We will set up a priced consultation meeting through an online form to discuss your build, your needs, and the purpose for which you are purchasing the unit. We move forward with the consultation meeting after the form has been filled out by you and a deposit has been made.
STEP 3
SCHEDULE CONSULT
For the appointment, we charge $200 for an hour of our time. If you decide to proceed with the build or any type of work, we will credit this fee towards your purchase of a new jet ski. This payment is the final step of the online checkout process.
STEP 4
DEMO DELIVERY PROCESS
Once your custom Jetski is finished and water tested by PJF. We will schedule you to come out for a demo on the unit for final adjustments to Taylor to writers needs after that we will schedule the delivery to your location and a PJF technician will be there at arrival to PDI the the unit and do last minute changes for the client and they would spend the entire day with you before leaving and we will discuss the protection plan as well.
THE BUILD PROCESS
After the consultation where a unit has been selected with build details specified, we begin the build immediately. A brand-new unit is brought in, and we show the customer each step as it
progresses. As new parts arrive, we contact the customer to explain what has come in, what we are doing with the part, and any modifications being made. Once the unit is completed, we
conduct water testing, tuning, and a shakedown.
CUSTOMER DEMO
Once the unit is completed and properly tuned, and the engine break-in is complete, we notify the client. We then arrange for them to come and test their machine before delivery. During this time, we make any necessary adjustments and prepare the unit for delivery to the customer's location, whether overseas or within the U.S. At this point, we schedule the delivery with the customer and prepare the unit accordingly.
DELIVERY TO CUSTOMER LOCATION
Once the unit is delivered to the customer, one of our technicians will be present at arrival to uncrate and prepare the ski for the client. We conduct a final setup, tune, and inspection of the watercraft. We spend the entire day with the customer to complete any last-minute
adjustments and ensure the custom-made unit meets all expectations.
PROTECTION PLAN
We offer a 3, 6, and 9-month protection plan and warranty. For the first three, six, or nine months, we perform monthly maintenance on the watercraft and address any issues that arise due to workmanship defects or compromised parts. This plan does not cover customer neglect, abuse, or submersion. We also recommend obtaining an insurance policy to cover any acts of God.
